Revere Cops Dangle $5,000 Bonus In Big Push To Beef Up Ranks

Revere Police rolled out its 2025 annual report on Friday in a slick online flipbook, using the update to show where staffing stands and to crank up a recruitment drive that now includes a $5,000 signing bonus. The post spotlights recent academy graduations, a new formal lateral-transfer track and a four-days-on, four-days-off, 10-hour shift schedule that started last year, all framed as part of a broader attempt to boost patrol coverage and support officer wellness across the city.
