After positive reception from the City Council in an early step in the process for two potential developments, Broomfield could welcome more affordable housing units.
One of the developments presented to the council could provide affordable housing that a part of eastern Broomfield has been needing “for quite some time,” according to Councilmember Todd Cohen in the July 21 meeting.
The development’s planned location is 16453 Peak St., south of Baseline Road and north of Northwest Parkway.
