Service Experts, one of the U.S.’s largest residential HVAC service providers, Tuesday announced the signing of a three-territory franchise agreement in Colorado. The deal will bring the brand to Colorado’s Front Range region, specifically the Longmont, Fort Collins, and Greeley markets.
Mitch Rose and Chandler Sykes will serve as owner-operators for the three locations. Rose is pivoting to entrepreneurship after a 28-year career at Seagate Technology, where he ultimately rose to Director of Project Management for Digital Storage. Sykes brings experience growing a new business to the table, as she previously founded the Boco Baby brand of handmade baby clothes in 2010 and grew it from an Etsy store to a recognized name.
