DENVER (KDVR) — In just over a week, part of Interstate 25 from Berthoud to Fort Collins will start to fine drivers for crossing the solid lines in the express lanes.
The Colorado Department of Transportation announced that starting on May 7, it’s going to fine drivers $75 for crossing the solid lines in the express lanes. This comes after tolling started on the stretch of I-25 from Berthoud to Fort Collins in April.

So, if you cross the line after May 7, a fine will come in the mail.
This isn’t the only roadway issuing fines for express lanes…
