Two recent real estate transactions in metro Denver totaled nearly $4 million, according to Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate.
A retail and office building at 5613 Olde Wadsworth Blvd in Olde Town Arvada sold for $1.34 million on April 1. The 3,386-square-foot property traded for $395.75 per square foot and sits on a 6,534-square-foot lot. Amanda Weaver represented the buyer.
