COLORADO (KKTV) – Snowfall caused outages around the Denver area and northern Colorado Wednesday morning, with Xcel energy announcing approximately 55,000 customers were without power around 9 a.m.
Those outages were clustered in the Denver area, stretching north into Boulder County, with more isolated outages in Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Collins.
According to a post on social media, crews were out repairing damage, “focusing first on repairs that will restore power for the largest number of customers.”…
