Sarasota, FL – A weekend adoption event in Sarasota County resulted in a significant number of shelter animals finding new homes, helping reduce the population of dogs and cats awaiting adoption.
The Humane Society of Sarasota County reported one of its most successful adoption weekends after participating in a statewide pet adoption initiative designed to connect animals with permanent families.
