Xiaohong Sun and Yong Xian Xu sold their home at 19451 Ganton Ave. to Mark Raymond McGee and Sarah McGee, of Bradenton, for $3.5 million. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 9,101 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.53 million in 2010.
