PALMETTO, Fla. — Drivers in Manatee County are raising concerns about the intersection of U.S. 41 and 85th Street in Palmetto, just north of I-275.
Russell Palmer, a Palmetto resident, said the area has changed significantly in recent years as more development has been built along U.S. 41.
“The traffic on this road in the early morning or evenings is just bumper to bumper,” Palmer said while driving along U.S. 41. “Two years ago, none of this was here.”…
