DELAND, Fla. (WFLA)— The U.S. Marshals announced Wednesday that a 17-year-old wanted in connection with the shooting deaths of two men, including a Citadel cadet, on July 29 was found in Ellenton.
Officers issued an arrest warrant for a 17-year-old on two counts of second-degree murder.
