SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – The Sarasota County Commission will ask the state to approve boat speed restrictions around South Lido Beach.
At a County Commission meeting Tuesday, commissioners directed staff to prepare a request to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to approve a slow speed/minimum wake zone around the county owned and operated Ted Sperling Park.
