What Happened

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, the man, identified as Tony Le, was reported missing Saturday morning.

Investigators said:

  • He was boating with family near channel marker 18
  • Sitting at the back of the boat when he fell overboard
  • Family members immediately attempted to rescue him

Despite quick action, he could not be located.
