BRADENTON BEACH – The Pines Trailer Park mobile home that Rob Bolash has owned for 22 years remains furnished and occupied, and he continues to mail his monthly lot rent checks. Yet, he was recently served with a “Notice to Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property.”
Dated April 2, the notice states a single-wide mobile home built in 1976 remains on the park property at 44 Bay Drive North.
