MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – Two neighboring school districts on the Suncoast are heading in very different directions when it comes to staffing classrooms.
In Manatee County, the school district is working to fill hundreds of open positions. Meanwhile, in Sarasota County, officials are preparing to cut jobs due to budget challenges and shifting enrollment.
