PALMETTO, Fla. (WWSB) – A decision on next steps for a proposed ferry landing in Palmetto is underway.
The Palmetto Community Redevelopment Agency is looking to add a Gulf Islands Ferry Service stop at Riverside Park West near the Riverside boat ramp, north of the Manatee River. The proposed landing has raised concerns among residents who use the boat ramp.
