NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — The 116th Street Festival is just hours away, flooding New York City’s streets with music and good food.
The festival, now in its 41st year, is a vibrant Latino cultural celebration. This year, it’ll include performances from Tito Puente Jr., Luis Damón and Papote Jimenez.
