New York City drivers who fail to move their cars for street cleaning could soon find a large sticker on their vehicle under newly approved legislation aimed at keeping streets clean.
The City Council has passed Intro 92, which restores the Department of Sanitation’s ability to use stickers as part of enforcement against alternate-side parking violators.
