NEW YORK (PIX11)– A person is on the run after fatally slashing a woman’s throat inside a Queens home on the Fourth of July, police tell PIX11 News.
Police received a 911 call at 3:27 p.m. for a report of a woman stabbed inside 104-36 128 Street. First responders found a 59-year-old female with a slash wound to her neck, police said.

Emergency Medical Services also responded to the call and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
