Former Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Prattblasted New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s July 4th speech by saying “communists always start with the bad memories” after Mamdani marked America’s 250th anniversary of independence through the lens of New York City’s immigrant story.
