More severe storms bring tornado, flash flood threat to NYC area again Tuesday

More severe weather is expected across the tri-state Tuesday, days after a powerful storm system ravaged the region with flash floods and triggered tornado alerts.

Like Saturday, all the threats — flash flooding, isolated tornadoes, damaging wind, and hail — are on the table.

Damaging wind gusts are the primary concern with this system.
