Investigation launched after toddler bitten in the Bronx: NYPD

BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — An investigation is underway after a 1-year-old child was bitten in the Bronx early Monday morning, according to the NYPD.

The incident was reported at around 2:50 a.m.

Police say the incident happened at 1733 Fillmore Street and that the child suffered a bite wound to the back. The child was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
