A 20-year-old Bronx man is at large after he made fraudulent transactions at The Home Depot in Stafford, authorities announced Friday, Aug. 4.
Joseph Diaz-Herra unlawfully used a person’s credit card information by manually entering the card details to purchase $973 worth of assorted flooring products from the hardware store, Stafford police said.
Diaz-Herra is charged with knowingly exhibiting a false government-issued driver’s license or other identification, intent to commit credit card fraud, credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by deception, police said…
