A man from Milton, Delaware, died Friday after his tractor-trailer entered the right shoulder of the New Jersey Turnpike and collided with another vehicle, according to the New Jersey State Police.
Trey Flowers, 32, was driving a Mack tractor-trailer south on the Turnpike by milepost 112.4 in Secaucus Township when he entered the right shoulder and collided with an unoccupied Peterbilt truck. The driver of the Peterbilt had pulled onto the shoulder after his vehicle became disabled, according to police. The accident happened at 9:01 a.m.
