A ticket worth $1 million was sold in Highland for the Aug. 31 Powerball drawing, the New York Lottery announced.
The second prize-winning ticket was purchased at Hannaford, located at 3650 Route 9W in Bridgeview Plaza in Highland in Ulster County.
