STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Time is running out to get an official NYC Bin for trash collection before New York City starts to hand out penalties.
Many homeowners, as well as non-profits, agencies, and other businesses, were required to use the NYC Bin beginning June 1. All properties with one to nine residential units are required to use the official dark gray NYC Bin for trash set out.
