A fellow truck driver captured video of a man dancing on a semi truck’s trailer as it crossed the George Washington Bridge before he was arrested.
The video was captured by TikTok user @johnortizzzz24 around 11 a.m. on September 3 on the George Washington Bridge headed towards Fort Lee, New Jersey.
