Bronx bodega worker robbed at knifepoint for Takis, 4 sought

NEW YORK(1010 WINS) — Police released a photo Wednesday of a group of suspects wanted for robbing a Bronx bodega employee at knifepoint over Takis last month.

The robbery took place at approximately 8:53 p.m. on Aug. 23, inside a bodega located at 3822 Third Ave. in Claremont. According to police, four suspects entered the store and displayed a knife to a 31-year-old male employee before grabbing the purple cylinder-shaped corn tortilla Takis snacks and fleeing on foot to parts unknown.

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident…
