A 74-year-old runner went into cardiac arrest during the Haworth 5K before first responders used an AED to help save his life, authorities said.
Sgt. Gianluca Ragone saw the man collapse while running on Haworth Avenue on Saturday, Sept. 19, and immediately called for emergency medical assistance, according to Lt. Justin Fox.
