Municipalities and organizations across the Hudson Valley are canceling events ahead of a powerful nor’easter expected to impact the region through the weekend.
In Sleepy Hollow, village officials have canceled Oktoberfest and the community’s street fair as forecasters warn of deteriorating weather conditions. The village is among several communities taking precautionary measures before the storm arrives.
