(NewsNation) — A woman is dead and a child was seriously injured after falling from a building in the Bronx, where a neighbor claimed to have heard the woman plead, “Please don’t do this, look at my baby’s face. She’s scared,” before the fall, according to a local news outlet.
The incident happened around 3:38 a.m. at a residential building on Olinville Avenue in the Allerton section, according to multiple reports.
