South Bronx: MTA Completes Station Rehabilitation At 138 St-Grand Concourse 45 Station

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) today announced that New York City Transit crews completed subway rehabilitation work at the 138 St-Grand Concourse 45 station.

Station upgrades such as repainting and retiling are usually done while transit crews are already completing other projects to ensure stations are closed for the shortest amount of time possible. Crews were able to complete the station enhancements at 138 St-Grand Concourse while planned work revamping a pump room nearby was already underway.
