LOYALSOCK TOWNSHIP, PA — A man was charged with criminal homicide after fatally stabbing another man in Lycoming County.
Troopers arrived around 10 a.m. at the Liberty Lodge on East 3rd Street in Loyalsock Township, just outside of Williamsport, on Sunday.
