NYPD cracks down on 2‑wheeled chaos on Staten Island: Arrests made, bikes seized

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — As warmer weather brings more two‑wheeled vehicles onto Staten Island streets, the NYPD carried out a borough‑wide crackdown over the weekend that led to arrests, dozens of summonses and multiple confiscations.

On Saturday, Patrol Borough Staten Island conducted an enforcement initiative across all four borough precincts, according to an NYPD spokesperson.
