CONCORD, New Hampshire (WGME) — A New York man is accused of fraudulently getting about $167,000 worth of groceries from Hannaford Supermarkets across New England.
The Department of Justice says 33-year-old Clinton Rathan was arrested on April 16 in New York and has been charged with four counts of wire fraud.
