A body found in a New Jersey river has been confirmed to be that of a man who had been missing since December, according to officials.
The body was found in the Hackensack River on Friday, Secaucus police said. The individual was not identified until Wednesday, when it was confirmed to be Emilio Acosta-Gutierrez, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.
