Manhattan judge to decide whether to vacate conviction in 1993 murder case

Next week, a Manhattan judge will decide whether to vacate the conviction of Harry Ruiz in connection with the 1993 murder case of 24-year-old drug dealer Emmanuel Felix.

Ruiz was sentenced to 25 years in prison in 1995 but was released on parole in 2019.
