A quiet Sunday morning in the Eastchester section of the Bronx turned into a crime scene when four men walked into a Shell gas station on Conner Street, pulled a gun on the clerk and emptied out the register and store safe. The group then took off in a gray Honda. Police say the 48-year-old employee was not injured, but the shop stayed closed for hours while investigators worked the scene.
Police response
Officers locked down the interior of the station for several hours as they canvassed the area and collected evidence.
