Man accused of beating another man, strangling him to death at Van Cortlandt Park-242nd Street subway station

The Bronx District Attorney’s Office says a man was arraigned for allegedly beating another man and strangling him to death at the Van Cortlandt Park-242nd Street subway station.

Keith Plummer, 68, of Queens, is accused of attacking the man with his bare hands around 3 a.m. Wednesday. He is charged with manslaughter.

The NYPD says officers found the victim unconscious and unresponsive after responding to a 911 call for an assault…
