Two puppies who were found abandoned in a dumpster in New York City with their muzzles wired shut have healed from their injuries.
The pups, Poppy and Petunia, were rushed to an emergency veterinary clinic by the New York Police Department after being discovered inside a dumpster on Farrington Street near 31st Road in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, N.Y., on July 12, according to The New York Daily News.
