An explosion at a New York City housing authority building that left a teenager dead and set the building on fire over the weekend was linked to an e-bike’s lithium-ion battery, according to a report.
Fire officials said the blaze broke out around 7 p.m. Friday at the New York City Housing Authority Albany Houses apartment complex in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
