The Jersey City Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate a missing 77-year-old man who suffers from Dementia, according to a be on the lookout (BOLO) flyer.
Ramon Contreras, 77, was last seen at approximately 4 p.m. on August 25th, in the area of 123 Erie St. in Jersey City.
He is described as a dark-skinned Hispanic male, standing at about five feet four inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds.
