Move-ins are officially underway at RT500, a new 179-unit luxury community developed by The Connell Company in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The 11-story property is located within The Park, a 185-acre mixed-use campus about 30 minutes from downtown New York City. Greystar is managing leasing and in-person tours at RT500, which offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
The Connell Company is touting the high-end amenities at the property, including a gym, co-working space, and dedicated game room. RT500 forms part of a $500 million redevelopment of a former office campus off Routes 78 and 22. In addition to the residential property, The Park also features a 176-room Embassy Suites Hotel, 1.5 million square feet of offices, and 160,000 square feet of dining, entertainment, wellness and lifestyle concepts…
