CYPRESS HILLS, Brooklyn (PIX11) — An investigation is underway after a 7-month-old boy died in Brooklyn on Friday morning.
Police say the child was taken to a local hospital after 6 a.m. where he was pronounced dead.

Sources say the baby’s father woke up to find the child unconscious and unresponsive. The father immediately called 911 and started taking the child to the hospital when he noticed an ambulance.
