STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Eleven people got stuck on a jetty in Midland Beach during high tide on Friday night, according to the FDNY.
FDNY officials said they received a call at 8:27 p.m. reporting that 11 civilians were stuck on the jetty off the beach in the vicinity of Capodanno Boulevard and Seaver Avenue.
