A Newark firefighter was hospitalized Sunday after a three-alarm blaze broke out at a vacant hotel on Clinton Avenue, authorities said.
Firefighters responded about 9:20 a.m. to the former Hotel Riviera, with the one firefighter suffering a non-life-threatening injury, according to Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda.
