NEW YORK (PIX11) — A storm system crosses through the region, bringing in rain and maybe the threat of a thunderstorm.
The rain will develop on Wednesday evening and will continue into the overnight hours. Most of the rain will not be heavy, so the flood threat looks minimal. There may be a few embedded rumbles of thunder that may occur. Temperatures will be around 50 degrees.
NYC forecast and PIX11’s Weather Center
Most of the showers should taper off before the morning rush on Thursday. A lot of the clouds will stick around, and there could still be a stray shower around during the day. Temperatures will be around 60 degrees
There will be more sunshine on Friday, but a weak disturbance may bring a threat of a shower toward the latter part of the day. Expect highs to be in the lower 60s…
