BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Chautauqua County inmate is facing felony charges after prosecutors said he attacked two employees at the Lakeview Shock Incarceration Facility in Brocton in February, the Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday.
District Attorney Jason Schmidt said a grand jury indictment charges 34-year-old Jkendric Agee with two counts of second-degree assault for an alleged attack on Feb. 23.
Prosecutors said Agee attacked and injured a staff member without provocation and then attacked a correction officer who also sustained injuries. Agee pleaded not guilty in county court on Tuesday…
