BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two men from Quebec, Canada, have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their alleged roles in a multiyear bank fraud scheme.
James Rasmussen, 44, of Westmount, and John Shestowsky, 51, of Greenfield Park, have been charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud and face up to 30 years in prison, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
