BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — State police are investigating a deadly crash involving a pedestrian that happened Friday night in the town of Lockport.
Officials say Lockport resident Leroy Smith, 81, was hit by a vehicle driven by Sean Michael Patrick Leslie, 22, of Grand Island.
