After completing a series of significant interior renovation projects at its flagship location in Allentown (learn more), Fat Bob’s Smokehouse has announced that it has purchased the former Quaker Bonnet Bakery building at 69 Chenango Street to expand its production and catering operations.
The purchase is intended to support growth across the restaurants, catering division, and the expansion of Queen City Hospitality, while bringing the historic food production facility back into food production use.
